Payment Schedule

• Deposit: €400-€500 to hold your dates (non-refundable after 30 days)

• Interim payment (60 days before arrival): 50% of estimated total

• Final payment (14 days before arrival): Remaining balance based on confirmed guest count

Teacher-Friendly Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days out: If you don't hit your minimum group size (8 students), cancel and forfeit only the deposit. We want you to succeed—not go broke trying.

• Within 30 days: Booking is 100% non-refundable (we've already bought the food and turned away other bookings).
