Petya Spencer is a certified yoga teacher and marketing professional with over 20 years of corporate experience - most recently as a marketing manager for a global company, working across international markets from her base in the UK.

Born in Bulgaria and fluent in the language, she has spent 25 years living and working in the UK - which means she understands both worlds intimately. She knows what British and European teachers need from a retreat experience. And she knows how to make Bulgaria work for them in ways that an outsider simply couldn't.

She founded Yogessa Retreats with one clear intention: to create a done-for-you hosting service where yoga teachers arrive as teachers - not event managers.
